effects of dielectric cylinder on Quadrifilar Helix Antenna

Do anyone have any information about effects of dielectric constant of cylindrical substrate of printed QHA on its radiation pattern?
I know that dielectric cylinder can shrink the size of QHA, bur I couldn't find any scientific article or reference about it. I will be thankful if you introduce me.
