balun circuit

hello sir,
Can any body knows about the calculations of the lumped-lattice-type LC balun

I have attached document which is calculated for the 900MHz but i need to calculate the inductor and capacitor values for 150MHz

I need the calculation formulas for inductor and capacitor values

Better is to use linear simulator.
You may design the L and C for single freq using calculations but BW and input output impedance makes the calculations suffer.
