asitic to cadence

I am trying to import a spiral inductor designed in ASITIC to cadence. So I create a CIF file in ASITIC and try to import it into cadence. When I try to do that I see the following errors:

* Fatal * No layer defined in cell before data read. Layer Table may be required in templete file.
* Fatal * (piReadCif) - cifFile (5-line 65-char = ;) syntax error.

Can anyone provide me with leads on this?
