Curtice-Ettenburg Model and Qucs

Halo all,

Can somebody help me.

I have a Curtice-Ettenburg/Curtice-Cubic Model of some GaAS FETs. How do I implement/build this in the Qucs. I would like to perform some harmonic balans simulation and do some non-linear simulations.
