Find the microwave step attenuator up to 44GHz

Anybody know that where can find the below spec about microwave step attenuatot up to 44GHz ?

Step attenuator spec:
frequency range : DC to 44GHz
Power handle : 1W ( 30dBm)
attnuator range : 0dB to 70dB in 2 dB steps

Agilent 8490x series is specified for 40 GHz, but you have to combine a 1 dB and a 10 dB step device.
