Now I am designing an inductor in CMOS process. I want to check the eddy current profile in the silicon substrate, which software can do this job? HFSS, ADS momentum or others? Pls give me some advice, Thanks a lot!

I also have the same problem with you, wireless man. Now, I am using ADS 2009 but still don't know how to simulate and calculate the eddy current for my CMOS inductor.
