need urgent help in IE3D software

iam doing my final year project in antenna design.iam solving an ieee paper,iam attaching my paper.i have to design a tuning fork type UWB patch antenna,to design this structure first we need to design it for rectangular patch with partial ground plane iam uploading my IE3D design please can any one say me how to bring those points below -10db.only 3 points are above -10db remaining are below -10 db.please can any one refer it and say me...please help me ..very very urgent
