how to design a milli metre wave detector?

how to design a milli meter wave detector?means how to do simulation of a coplanar wave guide connected with microstripline having a schottky diode in it for detecting power in it, excited by the power source and will have to match impedance of coplanar wave guide with microstrip line for avoiding power loss.all this project must have to design in hfss...kindly if some body help me in designing this project i will be thankful to him.mesohaib@hotmail.com

I worked on a similar project about 6 years ago, and I have to dig my notes back. At any rate, here are some of the ideas for you to start with.

1- You need the dimensions for your schottky diode for HFSS simulation
2- You need to model you RF transition from waveguide to coxial
