about measure problem.

I have some measure questions
spec as below,
Frequency Maximum Emission spec
1. 12.5Mhz*(n+1) n=0...74 -72dbm/200khz
2. 500 to 600Mhz -114dBm/200khz
3. 0.5 to 2.1Mhz -130 dbm/hz
4. 4 to (fc+50)Mhz -45 dbr/2Mhz
fc=550Mhz
because equip can't set rbw=200khz, so I set rbw=300khz
in case 1, set rbw=300khz and how to set others setting ,ex:span ...?
in case 2, set rbw=300khz and start=500Mhz stop=600Mhz
if measure highest noise level is -96dbm then it's -97.77dBm/200khz,
right?
in case 3, set start=0.5Mhz stop=2.1Mhz , how to set rbw?
in case 4, set rbw=2Mhz ,start=4Mhz stop=600Mhz,
if measure highest level is -49dbm and fc=-28dbm ,
so the result is -21 dbr/2Mhz , right?
my concept is not good, please help me to do these measure.
