permittivity measurement of substrate

I am going to measure the permittivity of a set of handmade substrates. Anybody has an experience about that? Hi. Methods used to measure the permettivity of substrate are several. A method non destrutive is the free space method. It formed by a two antennas and network analyzer that it allow you to repeat measurement of variuos sample.
Otherwise you can use a probe coassial open-ended.
