Mifare 1k s50 read write help needed

Hi,
I am using a SILABS CP210X usb reader (UART COM). I would like to know the commands that i can use to read and write to the card. I have inherited an application developed by my predecessor and the source code is missing.
On monitoring the com port i was able to monitor the send and received response comands which were as follows:
a) rt : ?
b)0rt : ?
c)H : Antenna Off
e)P001004 : Antenna On
f)RE004063 : Read
g)WR004063 : Write
can anybody shed more light on this.
