ENVIRONMENTAL, EMI/EMC Tests Compliance

Hi,

we are developing one Transceiver Unit with UP and Down Conversion units (10 Channels).
There are about 18 Submodules that will be fixed in one 19 inches Rack mount unit. height of the 19 inch rack is 3U size (135mm Approx) and length of the unit is 400mm.

what are issues to be taken care to meet these tests?

Mainly
1. Vibration (Sinusoidal) Resonance search and Endurance- MIL STD -810C Method 516.2 Proc.1 15G, 11 msec, 1/2 sine

2. Bump Test: 15G Max

3. Temperature Cycling: -10 o C to +55 o C

4. EMI/ EMC - MIL STD- 461C (Tests: CE 03, CE 06, CS01, CS02, CS06, RE02, RE03, RS03 )

while mounted in the rack, or stand alone?

For Rack Mount Unit.
