Need a TR module at 1GHz

In my master thesis, i need a built in TR modules (4 in numbers) to demonstrate concept of beam steering.
Can any one tell which companies sell TR modules at 1GHz or near 1GHz, as it is not a commercial product.

Thank you for the email. There was no TR module i found one but it was very expensive.
Now i am looking for digital phase shifter.

There are a lot of T/R RF modules near 1GHz on the RF Solution site, and most of them cost less than S10. To find cheaper than this, perhaps have to check a local garage sale.
