OK,who can tell me how to design a valid microstrip T power divider?
Who can tell me what should I consider during the design?The pictures of design are uploaded.


Both logic's are OK, First identify the parameters/goals you need o achieve. Both fail on isolation requirement. What do you mean by ideal parameters?
But I still could not get the the ideal parameters.
I want to get the S21=s31>-3.5dB during the frequency range 12GHz~13GHz.
how much you are getting now and what material being used?

can u try with 62 mil substrate? to reduce loss.

How r results now?
I changed the substrate high to 62 mils and simulated the model.But it is a pity that I got bigger loss than before.The S21 and S31 was about -5.8dB.

I guess not hence more loss.
You need to re-calc the line widths for 62mil substrate.
Yes,I have scaled the model and re-calc the microstrip lines.But I got worse result.
