Designing of the stacked microstrip patch antenna

Guys can plz give replay " How to design the electrical model of the broad band dual frequency stacked microstrip patch antenna", how to find the R,L,C values at given frequency.Presently i am simulating the "Broad-band dual-frequency microstrip patch antenna with modified Sierpinski fractal geometry(IEEE paper)" in CST, i dont know how to find the electrical model values. plz suggest.
