save video with CST microwave studio 2009

HI everybody.
I want to save video using cst microwave studio 2009. I have read help page of CST, but I don't know to do with it " Macros == > graphics ==> save video ". when i to do with help page, my video have only picture. I think i to do it incorect. Thanks

you need to have screen capture tools like snag it etc.
better go through TechSmith | Snagit, screen capture software, home page

:)) thanks Kspalla. I don't think we have to use techsmith | snagit, screen capture software, home page. when we use cst software, we can use a tool to save video. I use it success and quality of video very well :)
