Hi,
my circuit is the first stage (input) of a cascode LNA,
I did the sp simulation and I reached to 87GHz of BW which is very uncommon, I mean the circuit i am simulating is from a journal that they reached to 13GHz and it can not be possible that i am doing it right.
since umc65 doesn't have inductor I used from analogLib, ideal Lg and Ls ( i put resistor of 50ohm in their model to make it more real),
I don't know what is the problem of my circuit!
should i tale into account the fmax and ft ? how they affect the frequency of the transistor?
any help is appreciated,

There is no term such as "frequency of the transistor"
There are fT ( Transition Frequency) and fmax(maximum Oscillation Frequency)
While designing an LNA, the bandwidth is generally limited by peripheral components and some intrinsic parasitic elements of the active devices.
If you post you circuit diagram, we can say something meaningful.
