model name for diode in cadence

Hello All,

I tried to design a voltage doubler circuit. I have used a diode.
Initially I have given only a reference designator. It has thrown an error to mention the model name. When I checked the diode properties, it is prompting for below details:


Model Name :
Device area :
Junction perimeter factor :
Length :
Width :
Multiplier :
Scale factor :
Temp rise from ambient :

My question is whether to mention the diode model name as IN4004 or some other model name. What is the expected input for the above parameters?
