Solution for high power RF switch

Hello,
I want to switch a 6W, 35MHz signal (upto 30V peak-to-peak). The switching frequency needed is upto 300Hz. I wanted to ask what kind of devices can I use to achieve this ? Also, I have to use only Solid State Devices (no electromechnical parts).

I would not call that "high" power.

The thing to realize about a PIN switch is that when it is in isolation mode, most of the incident power is reflected, so the diode does not actually dissipate much power.

When the PIN switch is in low insertion loss mode, the switch has...low insertion loss, so the diodes must not be absorbing much power once again.

In fact the only time the diodes absorb much power is in going from one state to the other ("hot switching").

So assuming you do not do any hot switching, I would go with these:
Digi-Key - 863-1164-1-ND (Manufacturer - SMP1321-040LF)

Probably give them 50 mA forward bias, and 50 V reverse bias, and they will pass 6 W all day long.
