I am not sure I understand your question. but tne factors that determine the polarization of the antenna ar

1. The antenna shape, e.g. helical antenna has elliptical polarization while pyramidal horn has linear polarization.
2. The antenna feed.

For certain dimensions only helical antennas produce circular polarization. If I remember correctly this occurs when the dipole moment of the magnetic dipoles equals that of the electric dipoles.
