Power output in Advanced Design Systems

Hi,
I have designed a circuit of a GSM Band Jammer circuits in ADS.
Now i have to calculate the output power of the signal received but don't it.
Could anyone please help ?

I have to calculate the power at the rfout point.

Any particular reason why you want to jam the GSM signals? Maybe we can help you with a constructive solution..
