what values i need to set for the internal register of LMX2531LQ1778E

Hi,
I am using LMX2531LQ1778E in my application. please tell me what values i need to set to the registers R0 to R11. I need an output of 1.8Ghz and i am using an oscillator input of 60Mhz.
please reply me as soon as possible..
