Isopole antenna construction

Hey everyone!

Need some help with Isopole antenna. I need any information on constructing of Isopole. All i've found for now is a brief description in K. Rothammel's book, but it is not enough to come up with a good model of antenna.
Also, maybe some has an article: Krische A (of Krischke, not sure). ISOPOLE-Eine neue VHF-Antenne. Beam,5/1982б S. 24-25.
