THz solution issue(Frequency extension Source)?

my customer ask me to provide the Thz products:Frequency extension Source

(extending frequency range of signal generators Agilent to 325GHz-500Hz)

anyone can give me some suggestion how to get that.

Try Oleson company that specializes just in such extensions. Also the Russian ELVA-1 has solutions.

From the low-frequency signal sources, various multipliers are available, mostly using Virginia Diodes diodes.

I have just detected that Oleson changed name to OML, and their website is "www.omlinc.com".
Up to 110 GHz you can try "www.spaceklabs.com".
