What kind of antenna is this ?

Hi, i need to know what kind of antenna is this (is mounted on my acer laptop).

Is a ifa ora a pifa ?
If it is a pifa why the ground plate is co-planar to the antenna ?
Does anybody have simulation of this (kind) of antenna (or similars) ?
