hfss peocess hf3d error

hi
I am new with HFSS but thanks to youtube I tried to design a microstrip MLA with İT.
but it gives me this error
[error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: Port waveport is assigned to an internal face. Only allowed with lumped ports..
So can anyone help me about that? what should I do?
my design is like that.
