Hi,
Anyone can teach me how to import cadence mosfet model(from a particular kit, for example, ibm130nm) into ADS and run simulation?
I remember that somebody did it in this way: in cadence, netlist a circuit with only a mosfet. then extract some part of codes from the netlist file and modify it. Then include this in the ADS schematic.
As I don't have the details, could anyone write down the detailed procedures? Thank you.
