How to find the value of radius of curvature in MCURVE of 180 degree of hybrid coupler. Herewith I am attaching the related document.

The answer is in your document: l = 3 * lambda/4 for that segment, and 1.5 * lambda for the total length of the ring.

You are really brillient sir, what will be radius of curvature for 60 degree ,and what will be the radius of curvature for the 180 degree. Is there any formula to calculate the radius of curvature sir,

Here I am attaching two files, those examles given in the AWR software. How they found out the radius of curvature value , I don't know sir, what is the resonator length , how we have to take , he didn't tell anything . Please if you understood , please tell me sir.

Sir where I am doing the mistake,I don't know sir. I will do lot of homework sir,previously also for Wilkinson power divider It happend same thing. Finally I got the answer after following your repllies.He has given example sir CURVED Wilkinson power divider, I am not understanding. How he found the R value in MCURVE2.

How to find the radius of curvature for the MCURVE bend, One of the formula I read in IEEE paper. In that formula , what is 'We' and 'W', I couldn't get it. Please tell me ,what ie "We " and "W" . If any other formula to calculate the radius of curvature .Please help me descriptively. IEEE formula as follows


R_e=R/2 + 1/2 √(R^2+(W_e-w)w_e )
