How to know interconnect's S-PARAMETER

I have a S-PARAMETER of a interconnect with a length of L ,and how to know the same one but just with L/2 length?

Plot the first in Smith diagram and rotate it by L/2.

I mean that I have a s2p file ,the length is L,the frequence is from 1GHz To 30GHz . How to know the one with L/2 length?

Please read the basics on the Smith diagram. All lengths are normalized to a wavelength. Like the s-parameter of the full line length travels on the Smith diagram with frequency, the point of the half-length travels, too.
