Explation required for LDMOS impedance Extraction and ADS simulation

i need the explanation of the highlighted paragraphs in the attached document.
Second, when MSTEP component in ADS schematics is imported to LAYOUT for momentum simulation then it is visible only in point form. There is no width and length for that part.
