signal quality will degrade if antenna connected using through hole?

i am working on a wireless project and i have build a microstrip antenna for it. now if i place microstrip antenna and my wireless module in different layers (bottom and top), will it degrade signal quality? my device will work from 1Ghz to 1.5Ghz band.

Actually for better performance the microstrip antenna should be far from any other circuits, and must be on a top or bottom layer.

Another aspect is that vias have inductance. This will change the driving impedance. This must be considered in the overall design.
