When you plotting radiation patterns in HFSS, there are few kinds of radiation patterns. Some could be gain radiation pattern, some could be electric field radiation pattern or some could be magnetic field radiation pattern. The radiation pattern can be different sorts of parameters but the different colors stands for the different frequencies.

Remember though, in antenna design, the radiation pattern is not constant or the same through the frequency ranges. It's always changes differently at different frequencies simply because this is not an ideal world.
