Xbee module triggering the digital IO when receive serial data

hye everyone,

is that possible to trigger the IO port of xbee module when it receive a serial data. For example, when it receive "B" (ASCII) then the D0 port will turn high. Can it work? if yes, how to set it and what is the AT command?
