Mc1496 problem not found in capture cis

hi i am tying to use MC1496 in orcad CIS but i couldnt find it in the library.. moreover the previous threads regarding this say to download software from h**p://www.microcode.com/downloads/files/cmstudnt.exe
but i am not able to do because it says not found like this
