VHF low noise amplifier transistor
i'm looking for some transistor working at 140-160 MHz as a low noise amplifier.when i'm looking at different companies products, the s2p file usually does not contain this frequency range.would you please tell me that why s2p files does not contain this range?
would you please introduce me some part number working in this frequency range as LNA?

If you intend to design Low Noise Amplifier, you'll also need noise parameters.
BF998 is the right choice.

I designed a simple FM transmitter at 106MHZ with BDxxx type transistors . but as their datasheet said , they can work at frequencies about 190MHZ as well as.
And i think that 2n2219 is good too.

My desired LNA needs noise figure less than 0.7.
The introduced BF999 has minimum noise figure 1.do you know any other LNA transistor

I've measured NF of 0.7dB on my prototype with BF998 at 144MHz. They have a lower NF than 1 dB. You can even parallel them to lower the NF.
