p-n diode high frequency model

hi all
I'm looking for high frequency model of ordinary p-n junction diode for example 1N4148.
I'm going to use it in a circuit ranged 900MHz to 2500 MHz

1N4148 is a switching diode; in my opinion, not usable over ~200 MHz. Try to get a calibrated diode model from diode manufacturer's website, like Agilent, Skyworks, Philips.

I see some circuit that works in these frequency range and have such element in its RF path.But i'm not sure that if this element is 1n4148.but more than 90% thats ordinary p-n diode.nayway If there is any model for that frequency range send it for me
