Cst help: Transient Solver........................

I get a warning saying that "maximum simulation time reached,solver stopped
please note that steady state energy criterion has not been satisfied" when I execute it.

I increased the Number of pulses from 20 to 50 just to avoid it in the Transient Solver, but I didn't help me.

Did you reduce the frequency range to speed up simulation?

I need to check the insertion loss from 1-10GHz.

Is there a way to do it ?

Normally this problem occurs if you have some resonant structures, the signal decays very slowly. Check the structure and port definition.

Maybe you can post the input and output signal (shown in 1D-Results) and your structure for further help.
