Calculating Efficiency of Transmission Line Transformers

Hi folks,
I am new here, so I'm not sure, if this category fits. If not, give me a hint where to post it instead.
I am also a newbie to electronics, therefore here comes my question:
How do one calculate the efficiency of a transmission line transformer?
According to Inder Bahl, Lumped Elements for RF and Microwave Circuits, page 335, the efficiency of a lossless transmission line transformer is solely depending on the electric length of the transformer.
So, since I have losses, I want to calculate the actual efficiency including the resistiv loss in the conductors (including skin depth and all, its a PCB device).
Would be most helpfull, if anybody here is into transmission line transformer and can provide some insight.
