Hello!
Help me please.
In datasheet on transistor (BLF888) are provided depending on frequency its input and output complex impedance (Zi and Zl). How to add in ADS these values (what element) that it was possible to simulate amplifier?

Before doing that, you should check to see if you can find any models for the device. you should check the manufacturer's website.
You can create Touchstone *.s1p files for the input and output impedance, so that you can do the input and output matching.
File format description:

The header defines the data type. You can use data type Z RI, so that you can specify impedance in real imaginary format.
# MHZ Z RI R 1.0
300 1.018 1.350
325 1.045 1.022
...
Many thanks. I thought that only S-paramters can be set so, and there is also Y and Z. This that is necessary. Once again thanks.
