Designing 7th order generalized chebyshev low pass filter.Help needed!!!

Can anyone provide some tutorial to design a Generalized Chebyshev Lowpass Filter using suspended substrate stripline.
I am using ADS2008 software...desperately need a complete guide on this software.

the cut-off frequency is at 10.6GHz...
i've tried to search for lesson through the web,but not much result related to suspended stripline...
