stripline directional coupler

hi can anyone pl help me in designing a dual directional coupler at 430Mhz..,

and basically how to design a coupler.

YOu can possibly use GETEK FR4, but best performance is Teflon (S)

no actually v r designing a stripline coupler., which is given in the example of the AWR software..
but vr not able to design. can u help us in that.
