Flicker Noise Corner Frequency
Depending your active device...It may be few hundred Hz to few tenth MHz...
use 10 KHz to get started
As was stated, 1/f corner could be between hundreds of Hz and few MHz.
10kHz would be a lucky guess if is not mentioned the type of the active device used.
what do you mean by (type of active device) ?!? do you mean the technology used in design ?! or what !
and does it have any rule ,or it's just by experience !
I mean, JFET, BJT, GaAs FET, CMOS, have totally different flicker noise corner.
ok , now i decided to use CMOS technology .. still don't know based on what should i specify flicker noise corner.
There are a lot of articles on the net or in dedicated books related to this issue, mainly for CMOS which is one of the most used process today.
