Trend in high power transistor

Hi all,
I'm looking for some plot that shows the trend of the maximum power available in the market.
Something like X-Axis: Year and Y-Axis: power.

Can anyone help me?

Just for your information, I would need it for a frequency range up to 1kW.

You're forgetting the third parameter... for which frequency ?/ RF ? AF ? Microwave ?/

You're right I meant up to 1 Ghz, and especially in the VHF range.
