help in changing best antenna

hi all, i have ft-1900 transceiver and i want to make antenna for it, how to make the best antenna for 150 MHz...

Depends what you want with it. There is no free to use band at "150 MHz"; if you have a radio-amateur license, you may operate over 144-148 MHz. To communicate across a town, you can use a whip antenna.
To cover larger distance, you will need a Yagi, 4 to 15 elements, and a rotator to direct your signal to a chosen direction.
