It's missing information on how you define sensitivity, probably in terms of a Bit error rate, but it's that simple. Typically, lower bit rates can have lower input signal levels for sensitivity. It other words, for a 100 kbps signal, you might have a -90 dBm input sensitivity. (Just pulling numbers out of thin air)
