How can I buy L with the right value ? what's the common value used usually ? in Henry ? uH or mH ?
that's the receiver, isn't it ? how about the transmitter ?
Is it better to use a ready made module like in ebay ?
Thanks
Why do you need to build from scratch such a device, when it’s more convenient to buy a pre-made receiver/transmitter modules?
High frequency circuits need special expertise and equipment so I recommend that you buy a working PCB module.

There are plenty of applications available on the internet about this. Since they are just basic parts, you will need to do a little extra logic on your microcontroller to compensate for interference, eg sending error control codes so that missing / flipped bits can be detected and recovered.
