RF Transmitter IC for remote control

I'm beginner in this field and i aim to make a remote control for a device using the encoders pt2262/pt2272 or something like that...
i would like to make it using radio frequencies like 315Mhz or 435MHz, want ic can i use for this ?
can i use bluetooth ? what devices should i have?
