AD9914 support - clock, PCB layout, application notes?

I'm designing the AD9914 into a new product but because it's a fresh release from Analog Devices the lack of information/support is frustrating. I need:

• A suitable 3.5GHz external clock source/design (I'm running it at full speed)
• Schematics/PCB layout for their evaluation board AD9914/PCBZ
• Any other/recommended PCB layout info for this device
• Any other application information available

I've already looked at the Analog Devices page http://www.analog.com/en/rfif-compon...s/product.html and there's not much there apart from the datasheet.

Any help will be gratefully received.
