How to assemble CR013 RFID reader and CR ant 01?

I need tutorial how to assemble CR013 RFID reader and CR ant 01 until it can be connected to PC. Could someone help me?

you might need a max 232 level converter for converting those ttl logic volt to RS232. like rx pin of the module to tx of the pc, and vice versa.

Any recommended software to connect the RFID reader?
