HFSS substate simulation giving different result at high frequency

Hi
I am running HFSS sim , where I have modeled substrate and isolated p-well structures, What anomaly that I am noticing is that at high frequencies of the order of several Ghz, the coupling is getting reduced. Any thoughts why ?
